Nayef Hawatmeh (Arabic: نايف حواتمة, romanized: Nāyef Ḥawātmeh; Kunya: Abu an-Nuf; born 17 November 1938) is a Jordanian politician who is the head of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine.

Today the opening says only that he is a Jordanian politician who heads the DFLP, and the word massacre appears nowhere in the article. A reader today does not learn that Israel holds his organization responsible for the 1974 Ma'alot massacre, the reason Wikipedia once gave for his travel restriction.
