The Record, in Order

The Timeline

Every war, every major attack, and every peace offer made and rejected, from the founding to today. Drop in at any point and the history before and after it is right there. Filter by what you want to trace.

Arguments about Israel almost always fight over a single frozen moment, lifted out of the sequence that explains it. This is the sequence. It begins at the founding in 1948 and runs to the present; the three thousand years of roots that come before are being charted backward into it. Nothing here is spin: wars, attacks, treaties and rejected offers, in the order they happened.

Before 1948 Three thousand years of roots precede the state, from David's Jerusalem through exile, expulsion and return. That long story lives in the scroll-atlas for now, and we are charting it backward into this timeline.
Why this is here. A timeline cannot argue, it can only show. Read top to bottom it answers the most common move in any debate: taking one event out of its order. Dates and figures follow standard histories; the deeper case for any single entry lives on its section page, and every major claim is gathered on the sources page.
