Alfred Nossig (18 April 1864–22 February 1943) was a Polish sculptor, musician, writer, and public activist.1 During World War II he was imprisoned in the Warsaw Ghetto where he became a member of the Judenrat . He was accused of collaboration and executed by a resistance organization. The YIVO Encyclopedia of Jews in Eastern Europe .2
