Comment: Not clear what makes this person notable. Unlikely to be WP:NPOL ? Being a 'spokesman' will get him mentioned in the media as he comments on things, but that is not the same as receiving significant coverage about him. Happy to be proven wrong on this, though? Karimi is also a member of the Taliban Cultural Commission. He has previously served as a Taliban spokesman. "د اسلامي امارت د ویاند لپاره درې مرستیالان ویاندویان وټاکل شول" . 25 October 2021. "ذبیح الله مجاهد او درې مرستیالان یې معرفي شول" . 25 October 2021.1
