Du'a al-Faraj ( Arabic : دعاء الفرج) is a du'a which is attributed to Imam Mahdi and is begun with the phrase of “Elahi Azomal Bala (O Allah, terrible was the calamity)” .1The initial part of the du'a was quoted for the first time in the book of Konuz al-Nejah (Sheikh Tabarsi ).2There are plenty of profits in (reciting) dua Faraj. According to Ayatollah Bahjat the reciting of Du’a Faraj is the best act in order not to be destructed at the End time (i.e. a du’a which effects on all practices and should be recited with its conditions, among repentance).3
