Levy's work has appeared in The Washington Post , The Guardian , and The Daily Telegraph .1Levy received his bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics in 2013 from the University of Oxford , where he attended Brasenose College .2He received his master's degree in International Relations from the University of Cambridge , where he wrote his thesis on the issue of Jewish refugees from the Arab world in Israeli foreign policy.
