Islamic Fiqh Academy (India)

Institute for the study and interpretation of Islamic law Islamic Fiqh Academy, India (IFA) is a Fiqh (Islamic law) institute in New Delhi , established in 1988. It was registered as a charitable trust in 1990. Maulana Qazi Mujahidul Islam Qasmi was its founder and secretary general until his death. The academy is a registered NGO working as a research-oriented organization since then.

Indian Deobandi fiqh organisation Islamic Fiqh Academy (IFA) of India is a Deobandi fiqh organization. It was established in 1988 in New Delhi under the guidance of Mujahidul Islam Qasmi . The primary objective of the academy is to address contemporary issues and challenges faced by Muslims in light of the principles and methodology of Islamic jurisprudence , as derived from the Quran , Sunnah (teachings and practices of Muhammad), and the interpretations of classical jurists and scholars.
