On 17 April 2023, the Movement for Reform Judaism announced that he is to take up the post of its chief executive (initially on a part-time basis) from 1 May 2023. He will work in partnership with Charley Baginsky , chief executive of Liberal Judaism , on the creation of a unified movement in the United Kingdom for Progressive Judaism.
