Khaled Kelkal
Khaled Kelkal was the French-Algerian terrorist affiliated with the GIA who took part in a 1995 bombing campaign in France. The 2005 opening called him 'one of the men behind the islamist bombing campaign in France in 1995.' Today's opening calls it only 'the 1995 terror bombings in France,' dropping the ideological description, though islamist survives twice in the body. A reader today does not learn that the bombing campaign was identified as an Islamist campaign.
