' Guard Stream ' ) or Wadi Mahras ( Arabic : مَحْرَس ) is a small seasonal stream in the Judean Desert in Israel . A hoard of rare Chalcolithic artifacts, the Nahal Mishmar hoard , was discovered in a cave near the stream bed which was dubbed the "Treasure Cave".
