Pinchas Toledano (פנחס טולידאנו) is Hakham - Emeritus ( Chief Rabbi ) of Amsterdam and of the Spanish and Portuguese Jews of the Netherlands . He was also the official Av Beit Din , head of the court, of the Netherlands Beit Din .
