Even the meaning of Rummanah word in arabic is pomogranat (fruit or tree), Rummanah name was originated from the word Roman, referring to a Roman settelment was built at Rummanah position, many historical signs are still there whitnessing the Roman civilization and presence, namely, oil and wine mills and very old (2000 years and more) olive trees called Roman Olives by locals. However, some do provide evidences that the first established town in the location of Rummanah was Pharaonic.2
