The daughter of oil executive Charles Schusterman and his wife, Lynn Schusterman , Schusterman is the founder of deepwater drilling company Samson Energy. In addition to her work in business, Schusterman is active in the field of politics, and notably donated $1.55 million to advocacy group Democratic Majority for Israel (DMFI).1As a philanthropist, Schusterman has donated to a number of ventures, and currently co-chairs the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation.2
