( Learn how and when to remove this message ) Rabbi Yitzchok Friedman (1850 – 11 March 1917) was the founder and first Rebbe of the Boyan Hasidic dynasty . He was known as the Pachad Yitzchok ( Dread of Isaac ). He authored "Pachad Yitzchok," a collection of his teachings and sermons, which is studied within the Boyaner community.
