Al-Quds rocket

The al-Quds 101 rocket is a homemade artillery rocket made and used by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Through 2010 the opening said it was made and used by the group for use in terrorist attacks of Israel. Today the opening reads that it was made for use in attacks against Israel, and the word terrorist is nowhere in the article, count zero. A reader arriving now learns the rocket was used in attacks on Israel, and not that Wikipedia once called those attacks terrorist.

The opening as it read in 2010

The al-Quds 101 Rocket is a homemade rocket made and used by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad for use in terrorist attacks of Israel .1 The al-Quds 101 is most likely similar to the Qassam rocket series used by Hamas. On February 11, 2006, Islamic Jihad spokesman Abu Hamza reported that the newly developed al-Quds 2 had a length of 2.3 meters and were capable of striking Ashkelon , Israel, from the Gaza Strip . Islamic Jihad has recently released video showing the development of a much larger Quds-4 rocket.
