Remove the WP:PUFF and give me a shout. scope_creep 12:34, 28 June 2020 (UTC) Dr. Andre Waismann ( Portuguese : André Waisman ;born September 7, 1958 , Rio de Janeiro , Brazil ) is an Israeli doctor , developer of the ANR treatment of Opiate addiction , that is currently being used at clinics in Georgia , Switzerland and Florida , USA .1 Waismann served as the head of the ANR unit at the Barzilai Medical Center , which treats addicts from around the world.2 As well as Israel's Counter Terrorism Unit as a medical doctor, and he received the Israeli Police Medal Distinguished Service for saving lives during combat.
