On 13 April 2013 he scored his debut goal in a 2–2 draw against Maccabi Tel Aviv . Itzhak made his debut at Israel U-21 on 13 August 2013 in a 3–1 win. On 15 October 2013 he scored his debut goal in a 3–1 win against Norway .1
