Mark Regev ( ; born 1960) is a former Israeli diplomat and civil servant who is currently the chair of the Abba Eban Institute for Diplomacy and Foreign Relations at Reichman University .1 Previously, he was the International Spokesperson for the Prime Minister's Office (2007 to 2016). Most recently he was a visiting fellow at the Institute for National Security Studies .2
