Perth Hebrew Congregation

The Perth Hebrew Congregation is a synagogue serving Perth, Australia's Jewish community since 1892. Through October 2023 the opening recorded that 'In July 2004, the shule was heavily defaced with anti-Semitic vandalism.' Today the opening says nothing about the 2004 attack, though the word antisemitism survives three times elsewhere in the article. A reader arriving at the opening today does not learn the synagogue was the target of an antisemitic vandalism attack.
