Rina Mor ( ; surname originally Messinger , now Mor-Goder ; born 16 February 1956) is the first Israeli Miss Universe winner, being crowned on 11 July 1976, and after having been Miss Israel . She is from Kiryat Tiv'on , near Haifa . Upon her proclamation as the winner, she remarked, "I'm no politician.1
