Zakir Abdul Karim Naik (born October 18 , 1965 ) is renowed as an international orator on Islam and comparative religions. Zakir is popular for his instant quotation from world religious scriptures, deep critical analysis and convincing answers to the challenging questions which are posed by audiences after his public talks. A medical doctor by professional training, Dr. Zakir Naik was born in Mumbai , India . He studied at the St. Peter's High School (ICSE) before furthering his education at Kishinchand Chellaram College . Later he was trained as a medical doctor at the Topiwala National Medical College , Nair Hospital . By the year 2002, Dr. Zakir Naik has delivered more than 600 public talks in many countries, in addition to the numerous public talks held in India.
