A Muslim religious university in Karachi, Pakistan, whose students have been investigated over alleged terrorism ties. Through 2020 the opening said "some of the students at the university have been accused of ties to terrorism," citing Amnesty International's account of two students detained by Pakistani authorities on suspicion of terrorism ties. Today the opening is two sentences about the university's 1987 founding, with no mention of terrorism at all, though the word survives five times in the body. A reader arriving now learns only when the university was founded and not that its students were investigated over terrorism ties.
