Amram Mitzna ( , born 20 February 1945) is an Israeli politician and former general in the IDF . He is a former mayor of Yeruham (2005–2010) and Haifa (1993–2003) and led the Labor Party from 2002 to 2003.1 In 2012 he joined Hatnuah .
