Izhak "Ziko" Graziani ( 1924 - July 7 , 2003 ) was born in Bulgaria and studied music and conducting . In 1948 he moved to Israel where he became the conductor of the IDF Orchestra . He eventually became conductor of the IBA Radio Orchestra (eventually renamed IBA Radio and TV Orchestra).1
